About The How To Manage People Performance Management System

How To Manage People is the creation of Anna Johnson.

Anna has been managing people in small, medium and large organizations. She has worked as a copywriter for a major advertising agency, a marketing manager for a global fast moving consumer goods company, and a lawyer with one of Australia’s leading law firms. She co-founded and managed her own IT security business from 1997 to 2002, and currently owns and manages Internet marketing services company, Kikabink, with her husband Simon.

Anna holds degrees in law, commerce and arts from the University of Melbourne. She lives with her family in Melbourne, Australia.
